Joanne is a dual qualified lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in residential property who transferred her skills to Post Completion & Panel Management. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and dealt with a variety of transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and shared ownerships.
With her vast experience as a Conveyancer, having transitioned to a post completion role in more recent years, the process from completion continues with expertise through to the registration of ownership, with high attention to detail. She plays a vital role in the smooth running of the conveyancing practice following legal completion, being proactive and highly organised in her approach.
Joanne also liaises closely with lenders ensuring our panel status supporting clients to use Lilac Law for all their conveyancing transactions.
Joanne started off as a junior secretary progressing to property lawyer early on in her career. She gained a valuable reputation through her extensive knowledge and established relationships with various estate agents and mortgage brokers. Her professional approachable nature, personal approach and natural ease with clients also meant that Joanne had a client following.
