Craig is a Senior Conveyancer bringing over 15 years’ experience specialising in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including Freehold and Leasehold Sales; Purchases, Right to Buy Purchases, Auctions, Transfers of Equity and Remortgages and New Builds. In addition to his Conveyancing skills, Craig has successfully built conveyancing teams from the ground up, in line with his own standards. Craig has a keen eye for detail whilst prioritising client working relationships making a house move stress-free.

Highlights

During his career Craig has progressed from paralegal to head of conveyancing including running his own consultancy conveyancing business before becoming a Lilac Lawyer. He is able to expertly manage clients, referrers and his own legal work and time management efficiently as a result.
