Ben is a Conveyancer working in all arears of Residential Conveyancing including Freehold, Leasehold Sales and Purchases, Remortgages and Transfers of Equity.

Having previously worked as an Estate Agent prior to his career as a Conveyancer together with his experience in Block Management Ben has a deep understanding of all elements to the Conveyancing and Legal Process. He is therefore able to manage the expectations of all parties competently throughout a transaction.

Bens excellent communication skills are a useful tool when progressing transactions at speed. With a sharp understanding of leasehold structures, service charge obligations, and the wider operational and legal challenges that can impact a transaction such as the Building Safety Act, Ben has a practical edge when dealing with leasehold conveyancing.

Ben is dedicated to practical solutions; he also has strong links with local estate agents playing a vital role in business development. During his career he developed a bespoke fee quoting tool for conveyancing transactions. Having headed up the Leasehold Property Management department at a local Estate Agency he was responsible for overseeing a varied portfolio of residential blocks, including new-build developments, student accommodation, and complex city center sites. Working closely with freeholders, residential management companies, and leaseholders to ensure compliance with leases, legislation, and evolving regulations like the Building Safety Act.
